At Mewahealth, we take pride in the quality of our dry fruits and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

At Mewahealth, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you encounter any issues such as product quality concerns, expired items, packaging defects leading to damage, or receiving an incorrect product, please reach out to us immediately. You can contact us via email or call our customer care number within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order. Please provide the following details:

a) your order number,

b) the item name(s),

c) a photo of the product in question, 

d) a description of the issue. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.

For concerns deemed genuine, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the product. It is important to wait for these instructions before sending any items back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. If the issue is verified, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the product’s value, which can be used on our website for future purchases. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

If you have not received your order but have received a delivery confirmation via email or SMS, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the notification. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action based on the findings.

Refunds

At Mewahealth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and all sales are final. Additionally, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded. Opened or partially consumed perishable goods are not eligible for refunds.

To initiate a refund, please log in to your account on our website and go to the “Order History” section. Select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit a refund request. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please check your account for further details or updates.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
